Once a year the Lincoln Unified School District principals and directors identify surplus property at all sites. The compiled lists are distributed to all school sites so principals may claim surplus items from another school site for school or departmental use. The final list is put out to bid to the public. Any member of the public may bid on surplus items.


  • The surplus cycle begin in September
  • Bidding typically begins in late October
  • Bid amounts are $1.00 minimum unless otherwise noted
  • Bid lists may be picked up at the district office (see below)
