COLONIAL HEIGHTS "Dream and Believe, Learn and Achieve" (209) 953-8783 Colonial Heights School is located at 8135 Balboa Avenue, a suburban area of north Stockton. It is one of ten elementary schools in the Lincoln Unified School District. It was built in 1953. In addition to regular classroom teachers, Colonial Heights has a Learning Center for special education students, a Title I teacher and counselor and provides classroom music, band, orchestra, choral instruction and physical education instruction for students in grades one through eight. The school has an After School Program, a Library Media Center with Internet access and a Computer Lab. GIVE US A CALL! If your student has missed school, you have 48 hours to clear all-day absences with a phone call to the school office (953-8783) or a note sent with your student. If your student is arriving late to school or needs to leave early during the day for an appointment, call the office ahead of time or send a note with your student.
